CIMA’S H.U.M. – Heart Unity Movement* Circle
Expectations/guidelines for CIMA Informed Offerings
Introduction: In the heart of our H.U.M. movement and working with non-profit organizations, where engagement and support to communities are priorities, we welcome and support trainers, who are open and willing to give their own unique contributions.
For CIMA non-certification offerings, below is a guide on how to navigate what type of support and expectations can be found from our H.U.M. circle.
1.
1. Commitment to Service: Rooted in genuine care, we seek trainers who want to contribute to serving non-profit organisations and communities. We are dedicated to uplift and empower those in need.
2.
Application Process: Through our application process, trainers can receive approval and blessings for their projects. By ensuring resonance with our values and mission, we cultivate a community driven by alignment to a higher purpose and integrity.
3.
Brokering Support: As compassionate connectors, we serve as brokers of support, facilitating meaningful engagements between coaches/trainers, non-profit organizations and
communities.
Our process involves matching coaches/trainers with placements, ensuring a
harmonious fit for both parties. By curating a database of coaches and trainers,
we match their offerings with the needs of non-profit organisations and
communities, cultivating collaborations that fuel positive change.
We establish engagement terms upfront, outlining the scope of the
collaborationand any relevant stipulations to manage expectations.
Pro bono offerings are encouraged, reflecting our commitment to working
with non-profit organizations and communities without financial exchange.
Additionally, coaches/trainers agree not to seek to exploit the developed
relationships, preserving the integrity of our mission and the spirit of service
from the heart.
4.
Diverse Support: We offer support for those working beyond traditional coaching and
training, and as such, our scope of support extends to diverse levels and modalities.
We honour the richness of human creative expression, supporting engaging events and workshops to soul-nourishing arts such as painting, dancing, music and poetry,
Nature-related activities are also supported as these further deepen our connection to
ourselves and the world around us.
5.
Deep Listening: Amidst the hustle and bustle, we value the art of deep listening. Trainers can offer their presence in communities without having to run a course or
other activity. They are supported to participate in community meetings and without
judgment, create spaces where voices are heard, stories are shared, and healing begins.
6.
Visibility and Promotion: Through intentional visibility efforts, we amplify the voices of
non-profit organisations and our H.U.M. initiatives. We provide channels for exposure of these initiatives, such as social media, the CIMA website, and newsletters, to shine a spotlight
on their work, encourage collaboration and foster community engagement and support.
